The short version
This website is a static site. It has no accounts, no forms, and no advertising trackers. It does not collect personal data from you as you browse.
What this site collects
- Nothing directly. There are no sign-up forms, comment boxes, or logins here.
- Standard hosting logs. Our host (Vercel) may record basic request data — such as IP address and user agent — to serve the site and protect against abuse. This is ordinary infrastructure logging, not analytics profiling.
- Email you send us. If you email arcwhin@gmail.com, we keep that correspondence only as long as needed to help you.
Products
Individual Arcwhin products (such as Hiras SMS) handle data on their own terms, guided by the same principle — collect only what a feature genuinely needs. Each product publishes its own privacy notice; this page does not govern them.
Your rights
You can ask what correspondence we hold about you, request a copy, or ask us to delete it. Email us and we'll sort it. We aim to align with the Philippine Data Privacy Act (RA 10173) and the GDPR's baseline rights of access, erasure, and portability.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date above changes with it. Material changes will be noted clearly rather than slipped in quietly.
